Q: What should I do if I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email?

A: Once you place an order, you should receive an email with your order details immediately. If you have a gmail or google apps account, please carry out the following steps to adjust your spam filter so that it does not filter out emails from the BUNDLELOVE Concierge:

  • Go to your spam folder. Find and select your BUNDLELOVE order confirmation and click "Not Spam"

  • Add "concierge@bundlelove.com" to your Contacts list.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES

BUNDLELOVE strives to deliver your purchase quickly and economically.  Estimated shipping charges and delivery details are provided below.  Exact shipping charges and delivery details will be calculated on your order during checkout.

  • Standard shipping charges are based on the total package weight for each delivery address as estimated in the chart above.  Additional surcharges may apply for shipments in multiple shipping boxes.
  • Most items are shipped from our warehouse by UPS to arrive within five business days of our receiving your order.

 

Rush Shipping and Processing

  • For an additional charge, we can provide rush delivery to most destinations. Rush shipping charges are based on package weight, dimension and destination.  This service is not available for out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
  • Rush orders received by 1:00 p.m. (Pacific time), Monday through Thursday, arrive in two business days; rush orders received Friday through Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday.

International Shipping and Processing

  • BUNDLELOVE offers shipping to Canada via USPS International Priority.
  • Shipping Rates are not inclusive of Canadian import taxes, which may be charged COD.

Incorrect Shipping Information/Refusal of Delivery

  • If a package is returned to BUNDLELOVE due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a free shipping offer was applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs
  • If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to BUNDLELOVE and any other charges that occur during the delivery process.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At BUNDLELOVE, we take great pride in the quality of our gift bundles.  Our goal is to deliver 100% satisfaction to you and/or your gift recipient.  In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund. 

All returns require a valid proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip).  We can only accept returns on the complete original bundle—individual items separate from the bundle will not be accepted.  All products must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with original product tags and packaging.  Nonreturnable items (such as individual items returned outside of the complete bundle) will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account.

To make a return:

  1. Contact us by e-mail at concierge@bundlelove.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) and Return Slip, which can be emailed, faxed or mailed to you.
  2. Once you receive the Return Slip & RA#, include it with your return package of the new, unused and complete bundle set.
  3. Consider insuring your package for loss or damage in transit, as BUNDLELOVE cannot be responsible for such loss or damage.

Merchandise credits and refunds will be issued for the original purchase price. Your original shipping fee is not refundable.  However, if a replacement shipment needs to be made on damaged product, we will gladly cover shipping expense on the returned bundle as well as the replacement bundle.
