BUNDLELOVE is committed to protecting your privacy.  The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you what personal information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct the information.  This policy applies only to customers in the United States.

Information We Collect

When you register on bundlelove.com, make a purchase, create a wish list or sign up for our email list, we may ask you to provide basic information such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc.  Additionally, when you purchase a gift to be shipped directly to the recipient, we may ask you to provide the recipient’s name, address and phone number.  This allows us to process your transactions efficiently and provide you with the excellent customer service.

Whether or not to provide such information is completely up to you. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our web site. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone, email or mail to address questions or issues specific to your order, entry, etc., even if you have opted to not receive communications from us.

In general, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.  We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.

Updating Your Information

Updating your contact information is quick and easy. Just contact us by calling 1-800-567-4815 or emailing us at contact@bundlelove.com including your previous and current full name, mailing address, email address and phone number.  If you would like to be removed from our email list, please contact us in the same way.

Protecting Children

BUNDLELOVE, LLC takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our web site is a general audience site. We do not permit anyone under the age of 13 to register with us. We also do not send email correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13 without their parent's consent.

Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to supervise children's access to the web.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small amounts of data that are stored on your computer. They find their way to your browser via a Web server. They sound friendly and helpful because they are. They flag information about your activity on our Web site. This information helps us improve our site and make it friendlier and easier to use. We support and adhere to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise." In so doing, we agree to comply with a customer's requests to not share their information with other companies or to contact them for marketing purposes by postal mail, telephone or email.  If at any time, as a customer, you believe BUNDLELOVE is not committed to its Privacy Policy, please contact us.

Policy Changes

Efforts to bring new services, ideas and partners to benefit our customers may make it necessary to amend our Privacy Policy. If this occurs, we will post the new policy on our Web site and in our stores. Once posted, the new policy will go into effect immediately, replacing any previously stated policy.
